Earlier in my career, I worked as an account manager at a major computer distributor. That role helped me sharpen my business skills and build long-lasting relationships with clients. Before that, I spent three years as a computer repairs technician and a part-time sales person, which gave me hands-on experience troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues.
I studied computers and computer repairs at TAFE, earning several certificates and diplomas along the way.
